Today Ros launched her book at The Merriden Regional Library. It is the largest library in the Central Wheatbelt. Weather conditions were catastrophic as it was very warm with gusty easterly winds.

We were made to feel very welcome. Tracy O'Donnell is an amazing lady who has always supported Ros with her projects. She greeted us on arrival and it was lovely to see her and her daughters Bianca and Talisha. Wendy the Library Manager was delighted to be able to host the launch. As is the way of people from smaller regional communities, morning tea was provided with home made goodies to enjoy. Before speaking Ros enjoyed reminiscing about her teenage years in Geraldton with Terry and Anne. They remembered fun times that were had with mutual friends in the sixties in Geraldton. Going for drives in the solidly built cars of the time, minus compulsory seatbelts.

Everyone listened intently as Ros spoke on various topics related to The Power of Giving. They commented on Ros's down to earth philosophy on life and how refreshing it was to listen to her personal positive affirmations.

It was another enjoyable event, meeting genuine folk who look forward to reading Ros's book.
